ORDERS
The estimated shipment date on your order is based solely on us receiving the Purchase Order. However, if you need us to start the shipping process prior to receiving the Purchase Order; we’ll gladly sort that out for you. Please note, if you would like to have your cases customized, it will take a standard time of 6-8 weeks to be delivered. We will invoice you once the shipment has been delivered, and ask for a net 15 for full payment.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
T-Tech will accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be preauthorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All merchandise is to be returned freight prepaid in the original packaging. For any return and exchange request, the customer must obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Please keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase when you contact us. ShIPPING OPTIONS
UPS 2-Day: Products have an estimated delivery of 4:30pm local time within 2 business days after shipment. $10 flat + $2 per item.
UPS Next Day Air: Products have an estimated delivery of 4:30pm local time next business days after shipment (Order must be placed by 1PM PT). $22 flat + $7 per item.
*Please note, have the ability to drop-ship cases directly to the customer from the factory.
warranty
T-Tech warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If T-Tech determines that the product is defective, we will repair, replace or substitute the product without additional product cost to the purchaser. T-Tech reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. Repair or replacement product delivery times may vary depending on availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product.
